Purchased movies or loading
Why do my movies not load on either of my 4k tv’s. We have over 300 purchased movies that will not show up, why?

Hi Jim, I'd need more description of what you are doing to purchase and access purchased movies. However, one general suggestion I can offer is to be sure the AppleTV is signed in under the same AppleID as the account you are using to purchase movies.
