When I am trying to connect my work calendar to the iPhone calendar it keeps on alerting me with this message. I am not sure what to do. Please can you help

Contact IT support for your work and ask them for instructions.
Your screen capture shows that you did not provide a username or password. It is very unlikely that company resources can be accessed without valid credentials.
