I'm using iPhone XR, with IOS 15.2.1
Today I noticed that all my incoming calls are shown as "no caller ID" or "unknown caller", this happened suddenly.
I restarted the phone, and still problem remains.
what else I can do?

We understand that your calls are not displaying with an ID. Do you have any apps designed to detect spam calls? If so, temporarily disable those and see if anything changes.
Detect and block spam phone calls
Additionally, check with your cellular carrier. Caller ID is controlled by their network, so ensure that your account is set as well as their network working properly.
