iphone se 2020 wont turn on

Iphone SE 2020 wont turn on.

My phone died out of nowhere, it had no problems with the battery, but it turned off and it wouldn't turn back on at all, tried everything, to no avail. Then I had the battery changed, the tech gave the phone to me turned on and working. It ran out of battery and now it wont turn on at all. Home button is stuck.

Any ideas what it could be besides the battery that I JUST had changed?
