My iPhone 13 pro max is working normally

I have message apple and have bring it in and send it to apple company. They said they have scan and nothing is wrong, but I still have an ongoing problem with my iPhone. I have videos to proof my iPhone doesn’t work well. If apple can not find a problem to fix it, then just replace me a new iPhone 13 pro max. I don’t wanna keep having these problems on my phone when I mainly get the new phone because my old phone wasn’t working properly.
