Tried that. Everyone else in the house is connected so not the router
That is not a true statement. There are several router options that would allow some devices to work and not others. And the symptom points to the router.
On your phone, go to Settings/Wi-Fi and tap on the i next to the network name. What is the IP address? If it begins with 169.254 that means that the router did not assign an IP address to your phone. That can have several possible causes, principal among them is the DHCP daemon in the router that assigns IP addresses has crashed. Restarting the router can fix that. It can also mean that the router has no more addresses to assign; it has used up its allocation of assignable IP addresses. This limit is settable in the router’s control screens.
Another possibility is the router has MAC filtering (aka Access Control) enabled. If it does your phone’s Wi-Fi address must be on the list of allowed devices that can use the router.
You can also try turning Private Wi-Fi address on or off in your Wi-Fi settings.
Still no success?
Go to another device that works and do the same thing to view the Wi-Fi settings. Note the first 2 “triads” of the IP address. Most likely it will be either 10.0 or 192.168, as those are the two most common local area network ranges. On your iPhone those first two should be the same.
If your phone has an IP address that matches the device that works in the first two triads, the next thing to check is VPN. Do you have a VPN app and profile on your phone? If you do delete both the app and the profile (don’t just turn off VPN) and restart your phone.
