vpn button is going off and on

We understand you're having trouble with your VPN on iPhone. You were able to review If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network. Restart iPhone. Make sure you're running the latest software in Settings > General > Software Update. Remove the configuration profile in Settings > General > VPN and add it back. Check with your network admin to see if there are issues with the VPN itself.
