What do you mean by “recover”?

You may use the iPhone again, once you establish proper credentials. If “recover” means retrieve erased data from the iPhone, that is certainly impossible. But you can get it from your backup (assuming you created one).

If the iPhone was erased, you will no longer be able to track it, if that is what you are asking.
