My purchased music was removed from iPhone remotely.

Bought a complete album from iTunes and everything downloaded fine to phone. Now songs are missing. When in iPhone library it has the option to "Show Complete Album" button. In the iTunes store when looking up the album it says the missing songs are "Purchased" while the rest of the album says "Play". The iTunes store will not allow me to redownload the fraudulently removed songs. I did not remove any of the songs or buy them on the computer then transfer to phone. Everything music wise has been done more or less from the iPhone. I have not and will not subscribe to the "Apple Music" service. I want to buy the music not rent it. I understand if some entity no longer wants Apple to sell their music not being able to redownload it, but remotely removing paid for product after the fact? How does one fix this or what support group needs contacting?
