Updated to the latest iOS yesterday. Now, when I go to “Write a Review” for an app in the App Store, the screen that pops up asking for a rating, title and a review does not have a keyboard, so you can’t write a review. Can only give a rating. Please fix. Thanks!

To confirm, are you able to write reviews in other apps like Books or Podcasts or does something similar happen?
Does this issue continue after restarting your iPhone?
Also, do you have any Content & Privacy Restrictions enabled on your iPhone?
Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
