Connect to the internet.
Connect to the internet.

1. Connect to the internet.
You need to have a good WiFi connection.
2. Turn off any VPN you are using.
3. Make sure you have a 50% or better battery charge and preferably connected to power.
4. Turn off Low Power mode
5. You need to have 6GB of free space.
And make sure airplane mode is off and you have a connection to your carrier’s network.
If that message is coming up right after you download and press install then it means that is has no way of verifying the unpacked file that was downloaded. Did you try updating your computer? And exactly how much free space do you have?
You can’t use another phone. You can install on the device you want to update, or use a computer. There are no other options.
However, Apple had a number of server outages yesterday, so try again today.
Still not going through please anything else I can do?
That usually means it can’t verify with your carrier.
I used another phone to download it, I didn’t use a computer
I have 10GB free space on my phone
Is there anything I can do?
