iPhone 13 issues

Hi Apple I’ve been using iPhone 13 for about 3 months now and after the 1st month of having the phone it tweaked out on me and the volume changes by itself and Siri opens by itself and things open and close as if I were a hacked phone from the producer of my cellphone company I’m with that had good phones in the beginning. Thanks.
