OS/ISO issues

Please

consider my compliant as a humanitarian base. Me and

my family a big fan of Apple, almost all apple product (iphone, ipad, Apple

watch, Apple Mac, Apple TV, Apple Keypad, Apple Trackpad etc) all we have. Now

our issue our Apple iphone 5S three numbers and Ipad Air, Ipad 2 not updating

the latest version of iso/os. Last update 12.9.5 something. Last month I purchased

Apple Keyboard and Apple Trackpad that not working none of my Apple Product.

Keyboard little bit working but Trackpad completely out of order. We are

working in Kuwait and planning to go back to India because of Job issues. The

keyboard and Trackpad purchased online. Can’t return. Any chance to update my devices

later than 13. Please help us.

product feedback such as longer OS support is a message best given to Apple

Your iPhone 5S last supported iOS version is 12. Original iPad Air and IPad 2 are also several major OS releases beyond Support. I wish I could give you better news but there isn’t any.

I’ve seen iPhone X refurbished for as low as 200 US dollars. I’ve seen IPad 7 near the same price.

Unfortunately, as regards electronic devices (in your case iPhones & iPads) there are limits that cannot be overcome, due to hardware incompatibilities, specifically CPU and / or RAM, which make it impossible to update their operating system, or (in many cases) cannot support specific accessories (Pencils, Keyboards, Power & Cables, etc).
