Kaspersky Internet Security- removing it completely from Mac

I have remove 99% of this following the recommended methods e.g. Utilities/Keychain etc. but there is one element that i cannot remove at all which is:

com.kaspersky.kav.sytext.systemexyension

can anyone please recommend how I can remove this from my Mac?

When you go into User & Groups, Login Items does it appear in the list, if so unlock the padlock and delete it.
Try booting into Safe Mode and see if you can delete it from there.
