Volume turning down on XR

Every time I get in My 2021 Yukon my phone volume turns downs automatically to zero. If I don’t remember to turn up when I get out I miss very important calls. Very frustrating!

The other possibility is the Driving Focus is cutting in to silence calls and does not reset until you are free and away from Bluetooth signal.

I can imagine playing bluetooth too loud too long can trigger a media volume reduction but not ringer or call volume
