I got a email saying my iPhone was hacked and they got a video of me and will forward it to my contacts if I don’t pay them thru bitcoin. Is this a common email I have heard about scamming but this is crazy in the email they hade my full name how did they get it any information would be greatly appreciated thank you can they get into my into my iCloud and Apple ID

Yes, this is a common scam attempt. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Your information was obtained from one of the many websites that have been hacked over the years (yahoo, LinkedIn, etc).

Please understand that the folks sending such emails know absolutely nothing about you, know nothing about your phone, nothing about your accounts. You are merely one of thousands to receive exactly the same email. Delete the email and move on with your day.
none apple devices needs antivirus so like stepman1 said don’t interact with those senders
I changed my password to my iCloud and my 2 factor authentication is on and was on. On my iPhone is there any service I can use to make sure my iPhone doesn’t have anything in it that’s not supposed to be there thank you. I really appreciate it
