Audible account

Hi. So I was wondering why my account was getting more expensive, I was automatically signed up for premium when I never authorized that. I would have continued my account for the basic $7.99 but almost double the price for something I never approved is absurd.

i would like to be refunded or receive compensation for the charge that I did not approve.

Audible charge I had bought the 7.99 subscription to audible and couldn’t listen to the one book I wanted to and it took 8.57 out of my account but I had canceled the subscription after I found out I couldn’t listen to the book. Is there a way you could refund my money?

Billed multiple times for the same app I recently downloaded a barcode scanner assuming it was free (the first 2 uses were free) but after the second scan everytime I used it I was charged $8.99 and I used it 6 more times. Being the person I am had I known that it was costing me $8.99 each time I used the app…I would have never made that decision to pay $8.99 per scan. Come on! I have been trying to get a refund for it but the apple.com app is not letting me explain the problem and how many times it happened. Any suggestions! Thanks Tony
