force quit error Regarding a new Macbook Pro that seems to lock up giving a Force quit notice, and the spinning ball. This laptop is with my son at college, so I do not have access to it. Spinning beachball I get the spinning beachball everyday minutes after I open the iMac. Often right after I open something. Force quit does not open. Have to cut power to start over. Usually that solves the problem, whatever it is

Holding the power button should force it to turn off. May take several seconds. If it keeps doing it startup in safe mode.https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/how-use-mac-safe-mode-3623521/
