Mail folder greyed out & no Sync

Hi all,

I am having an issue with the Mail App and the synchronization with the folders.

There is only 1 folder with this issue, the one that is greyed out. The sub folders under it (those in red) are ok, but there are supposed to be many more. It seems that new subfolders are not showing up/synching.

Currently using Outlook on a desktop that has everything correctly: folder is available (not greyed out) and then many more subfolders are there (new subfolders are there).

I have a lot of folders but this is the only one with this issue.

I connected to the mail app with the IMAP info.

Thanks for all your help!

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Low Power Mode is On.

Charge the iPhone & wait until the battery is fully charged (100%).

The Low Power Mode will turned off automatically.

See if you can sync now.
