i dont have the option in my camera setting, the option that i can text copying by the camera.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, it sounds like you have issues using the new Live Text and/or Visual Look Up on your iPhone.
If that's the case, you'll want to use the following steps: Use Live Text and Visual Look Up on your iPhone
Keep in mind, "Live Text is currently supported in English, Chinese, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. You need an iPhone XS, iPhone XR, or later with iOS 15 to use Live Text."
Are you having issues using this feature in a supported region and using a supported device? If so, please reply back with more details.
