Macbook Air Liquid (Alcohol) Damage

Hi everyone!

My girlfriend has tried to clean my Macbook Air late 2010 with an alcohol swab...and probably some drops have fallen under the keyboard and now a bunch of keys don't work (nothing happens if pressed).

Everything else works fine, I ran also a diagnostic test and no problems were detected.

Also, the damage was done 2 weeks ago, so it must be stable by now.

My question is: could possibly the damage have affected only the keyboard (in which case it would make sense to replace it) or do I have to assume a motherboard damage too?

Thanks in advance!

The computer needs to be examined by an authorized service center. Liquid damage is often extensive and ongoing due to corrosion.
