Hello,
I need to get a receipt for Compressor and Motion just like I got one when buying Final Cut Pro. However, when I check my purchases on www.reportaproblem.apple.com, under Compressor and Motion I am seeing "This purchase doesn't have a receipt".
Please help!

It seems like the order was “Pending” and the receipt showed up and was sent via mail after few hours.
so the answer is: be patient
