If you wish to completely disable the screen auto-lock:
Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto Lock - set to Never
Be aware that if you have enabled Low Power Mode, this will override many iPad settings - including setting Auto-Lock setting (forcing auto lock to 2 minutes).
