Is there any ability to share your screen or a window with attendees in FaceTime?

Yes, there is an ability to share screen in FaceTime, however this feature is only available in MacOs Monterey.
To share screen when in FaceTime, go down to the controls menu and click the shareplay button, then select a window to share.
