iCloud Subscription

So I had a iCloud subscription for 50GB starting late December. But starting January my subscription got renewed (as it told me) but the 50GB was not added onto my previous 50GB. I waited for this month and I noticed again that it says it’s renewed but I’m missing the 50GB. I’ve scoured the internet and the apple support system and I couldn’t find a clear solution. One of them did say to look at my subscription history but when I go there it says no subscriptions.
