I cloud storage payment request

Hi

I have just received an email Informing me that morning payment has declined for 200mb of storage and will be downgraded to 5 mb of free storage if it’s not paid.

can you confirm if I have to pay this and if so how much is it please. I thought this come with my EE contract as I have just taken it out and purchased this new I phone from an apple store.
