AppleCare

I tried to buy Applecare before the 60 days from purchase date ends

but I cant do it!

I was available in settings but it disappeared ! (after connecting Apple support REGRDING BATTERY performance) !!

I tried to contact Apple support

asked for a call many many times without any response!

they send me email that they tried to call me but I didn't answer, while no one called me !!

when I select to receive a call, the answer machine asked m to select "1" to continue to the call but every time the answer machine reply was (I didn't hear any thing) !!!


its very clear that Apple removed the option to buy AppleCare after I told them the device performance is very weak !

and now there is only five days left before I can buy ApplaCare !!
