If i am located on a country who is not listed on ECG approved list, i can understand it is not working
The question is, if i travel on a country who is part of the list where this app is available, is it going to work?

It's not supposed to. Your phone and watch are tied to the country you live, the App Store you're tied to, and the payment method tied to that store. Thus, simply traveling somewhere else will not unlock ECG to be used temporarily in another country.

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;
A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and
B.the government of the country in which you reside.
If I travel to a country where ECG is approved, is it going to work?
