In my notes app I had my fingerprint saved to open my notes that were locked. At some point it just stopped working and it will not allow me to use my fingerprint. it’s asking for a passcode. I do not ever recall making a pass code I have tried 100 Password guesses and none work. I have a lot of notes I need access to.

You did provide a password. Even if you do not remember doing so. The only possible way to lock a note is with a password that you provide. Your iPhone told you the first time you locked a note that you would need to remember that password, as the note cannot be unlocked without it. Fingerprint or Face ID unlocking is provided as a convenience but does not replace that password, or the requirement to remember it.

You will need to remember the passcode to unlock the notes, there is no other way around it.
Except I don’t remember making a pass code, it was my fingerprint.
