Since upgrading to iOS 15.3.1, I've noticed my iPhone 12 Pro Max I have it from last April , the battery health decreases quickly reach to 89% !!! and the battery percentage decrease to 20% in the middle of the day what can I do

Your Battery Health is still acceptable. The typical Apple Battery lasts 2 years with normal use. You will need to have the battery replaced at the Apple Store when it reaches 80%. All batteries degrade over time and Battery Health can vary with usage. Check this link...
Happened to me too, i had to keep charging and my battery is complete trash now. IOS15 is a complete nightmare, i am switching to android!!!!
