I got a notification that said I have “10 viruses” what should I do? Could it be fake?

It’s a fake message. Ignore it and delete it. These types of messages are designed to create fear and panic hoping you will follow some kind of instructions that you shouldn’t follow. Much of the operating system can’t even be scanned by the user to begin with, so there’s no way to scan for a virus.
