Using "speech" to read aloud in "Books" ? Is there any way to select more than one page to read at a time?

I would like to select a chapter.. the whole chapter to read... before having to put my hands on the keyboard. < for-instance when washing dishes... i woulld like to select a several pages>

I'm using BOOKS

If there is a work around for this.. (? changing font size. using a different program to open the files ?)

I'm open to suggestions
