iPhone SE 2020, unresponsive screen

So I have an iPhone SE 2020, and I have been using it for one and a half year and recently two weeks ago I noticed that my screen becomes unresponsive so only in the morning and after a while I manage to get it to become responsive by doing a reset. I just don’t understand why does it happen and only in the morning after I wake up like??? Why??
