Issues with like and comment on my podcast

Hello,

I am the creator of the podcast named L'invitation and a lot of people told me they rate and comment on it but I can't see the comment and likes. It's very disappointed because as you know they are very important for me to be seen to the most people on apple podcast.

So, I wondered if you can fix the problem. I already talk to many people at Apple they told me it's something by country but it's not most of the people who left comment are in France.

I am wondering why small podcaster can't be seen on your platform ??

Why it's sooooo complicated to leave a comment or add stars ?

ps: my friend send you all the info to see her comment published but you ask a second time to send the info (?) can you see how is it complicated and frustrated for people to rate a simple podcast ?
