Okay so my brother broke my iPad while we were in a fight and the black area near the camera just broke. There’s a hole in there now. How do I get it repaired? And how much will it cost?

Yes, a replacement device, in lieu of an actual repair WILL cost a lot of money.
Out of warranty costs will be approx. 60% of that iPad model original cost.

No idea of costs, times and feasibility of the intervention, sorry.
In any case, that kind of problem wouldn't be covered by any warranty, being included among the accidental events.
