Unauthorized transactions on my Apple ID

Dear sirs, I was obliged to make an apple ID to write to your support. On the 13 of January it was made subscription to your site on becouf of my name. I confirm that did not do it or authorized any person to do it for me. I did not have any apple phone or device as well as apple ID to make such kind of registration.
