Hey everyone
Some sophos app has appeared on my mac
i have no idea what it is and where it came from
i can't delete it, because it is asking some admin thing
If you have met with this situation, i am really asking for help , how to remove it

Sophos is antivirus... should not be too hard to figure that out if you do a google search, no(?)
Is this your personal machine or business machine bound to some Enterprise management...?
Use the official uninstaller— if in doubr refer to the Developers website—search Support/Help/FAQ/known issues
How to uninstall Sophos Anti-Virus from macOS
third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN
all known to cause issues on the macOS and compete directly with Macs on builtin security software.
