Battery health

The battery heath of my Iphone11 just dropped by 3% in a matter of 2 weeks! Any suggestions why is this happening?

As you can imagine batteries all lose capacity over time. Apple only considers that an iPhone battery would require replacement if it cannot maintain, at least, an 80% charge after 500 full recharging cycles. Unless yours is anywhere near this, then it should be fine.
