How to buy Final Cut Pro in Estonia on MACbook?

Hello. I live in Estonia. 
I can't buy a video editing program because the cookies 
don't go through when paying. What to do?

the browser settings. All settings are open. We consulted with bank

specialists, consulted with apple specialists. They couldn't help us.

We can't understand why apple can't solve the problem of buying Final

Cut Pro in Estonia on MACbook software.

I am sorry to hear that this has not been resolved yet.

But the issue does not seem to have anything to do with the App Store. As I said before, cookies are a browser thing.

They are necessary for some transactions and involve only the browser and the website with which it is communicating.

I can no longer access the video that you posted, since the link has been removed.

Can you confirm what browser you were using? Was it Safari? If not, which one?

In Safari, there is a very fine grained control as to what which website can and cannot do. This is managed in Safari->Preferences->Privacy

There is no problem with the App Store. The issue with cookies is in your browser.

You have to go to Safari preferences and adjust the settings to allow cookies for your bank website.

Yes, I can pay for services 
through this browser. 
There are no problems 
with the bank in this 
browser on this MacBook.
