I saw I was charged from this transaction twice, I followed the support, followed it, and even checked my emails for any apple receipts for this but none. So I was wonderin if anyone else found out what's goin on.

If the charges are only in your bank account and you do not have a record of them in your purchase history then your credit/debit card was hacked. You need to resolve that with your bank.

Go to your id settings and go to subscriptions. You’ll find what’s charging you there!
Hello ~ Contact your banking institution asap as they will be able to assist you. It may be that your information has been breached and is being used by someone to purchase unauthorized items.

While Apple's headquarters are in Cupertino, CA an Apple bill does not and has never looked like that. Looks like a scam to me.
I got 2 $100 charges from the same vendor - it’s a scam. Report it immediately to your card issuer, hopefully you’ll be able to dispute the charges and receive the money back.

That looks like an iCloud subscription.
Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.
If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

I was charged over double the amount what I purchased. I was purchasing on a game for $59. And it showed 131. How do I get my money back$
You don't get any money back by posting in this thread. Contact Apple Support instead.
Unfortunately, this is something I tried refunding in the past but apple doesn't have the option for that, since it doesn't appear as an apple receipt and only in my bank's transactions.
It’s a scam
someone has stole your credit card
