Videos not functioning

i have a two minute and something seconds of a video I took from a concert I went to last night. As i was watching it, not even a minute in, my video freezes at a frame and the audio is not there anymore. And that’s all the video is for the duration of the rest of my video. Just no audio and stuck at a picture frame. How can this be fixed? I’ve already deleted so much to clear more storage for iCloud and my iPhone storage and my videos aren’t working properly even though I know I recorded the entire thing I wanted to record during the concert so it should I be in that video.
