I know that when dialing a toll free number from Mexico to the US you need to swap 800 for 880 preceded by 001. I’ve done this many times.
My wife and I went to the states, bought the same Pro 13 models and came back to Mexico.
Mine will not dial out from Mexico but hers will when using the exact same toll free number. I know there must be a reason. I just don’t know why?
