how can we restore the deleted backup from the iCloud

please let's know , how can we restore the deleted backup in the iCloud. which is deleted 3 days back in iCloud backup.

When you delete a backup, it also turns off iCloud Backup for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can turn iCloud Backup back on in iCloud settings on your device.
