I just transferred my data from my iphone11 to iphone 13 couple days ago, but when trying to play game pigeon on imessage, I had to redownload it but every time I click on the cloud symbol, it won't download and still leaves the cloud symbol there.

We understand an iMessage app will never finish downloading. We're happy to offer some guidance.
If the app is not downloading when pressing the cloud icon, you'll want to try deleting and reinstalling the app. You can find the steps to delete iMessage apps at the bottom of this article: Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
After deleting the app, reinstall it and see if it completes or still just goes back to the cloud icon.
