My Macbook Pro 16” 2019 electrical leakage without charging

Hi, I got the trouble with Macbook as my title.

This trouble had happend during 1 month recently after I used extention monitor and charge my Macbook by USB-C direct from monitor during using (Monitor is LG 27UP-850 4k) . But even I un-plug the USB-C out of the Macbook and shutdown it, the surface of the Macbook still have a little electrical leakage.

So what is the problem and what I should do in this case?

Thanks.

Perhaps try to use choices in the SMC reset article; those vary depending on the MacBook's hardware series.

This essentially is a 'power management' reset; does several things on the intel-based Macs.

Some years have no T2 chipset. ~ Mine's too old for that instruction.

(The newest M1 2020+ Apple silicon can't use those resets for 'SMC' or 'NVRAM/PRAM'. See blue link instead.)
