If none of the ear tips, that came with your AirPods Pro, will allow them to stay in your ears, then it may be possible that either the activity you are doing causes them to fall out, or they just are not a "good" fit for you.


As such, for the latter, you have, at least, three options:

  1. If you purchased them within the last 14 days, you can return them for a full refund.
  2. You can consider looking into third-party replacement ear tips to see if they can work better for you.
  3. You can go with another manufacturer of wireless earbuds.
