My Amazon prime is not working on Apple TV+ . It did work now it just doesn’t open when I click the remote. My prime is paid so it can’t be that.

On what device is this happening? Do you have the Apple TV box? Which model?

What is its version system software? Is it up-to-date? Are your apps up-to-date?

Try this for any misbehaving app (on Apple TV 4th generation or later):

• Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
• If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

Amazon Prime Video is separate from, and independent of, the Apple TV+ service.
