I want to buy a Macbook Air with an Airpods 3 at an educational price. If I buy the current Macbook with an Airpods 3, can I return these two items within 14 days and get the full refund even if the price of this current Macbook will be changing?

Please refer to Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple. The 14 day refund policy applies to products purchased for education, at least in the US.
I'm not sure if I understood your question to imply you would be refunded more than what you paid considering your educational discount, but that answer is obviously no.

AFAIK, all Apple products have a 14-day return policy. However, it would be best to contact Apple directly with this question.
Thanks for your reply! Actually, I was worried that I will get fewer refunds than I paid because there might be a price cut due to a new product launch. Or to say, if a product has a different price at two-time points, will I get the refund the same amount as what I paid or it will depend on the new current price?
