Hello,
I have connected my bluetooth controller and can tell it is connected by a controller app registering all inputs and in-game the PS button creates a reaction.
I have unpaired and paired and no joy still.
Any help or info much appreciated!

Just to add an update to this, I only had one Apple Arcade game, presumed it was the controller or Mac at fault. I have since downloaded another game for verification only to find it works in another game.
So I have since contacted the game in questions support team. So I shall delete this Q here.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your controller button isn't registering on your Mac. We'll do our best to assist.
If you haven't yet, we'd go to System Preferences > Bluetooth and tap on the 'i' next to the controller, then forget the device/controller.
Then use the following to pair it again with your Mac: Connect a wireless game controller to your Apple device
Should it persist, does the issue occur all the time or only within specific games?

Sorry, I think I’ve explained oddly.
When my controller is showing as connected, only one button creates a reaction in Apple Arcade games. Despite knowing that all buttons are working from using a controller app from the App Store that specifically shows wether all buttons are registering an input.
so the controller is working via Bluetooth. Just not in game (except for one button - the PS button).
I know the game works with controllers as it says so in the app and I’ve read reviews with this particular controller and game.
I have also already tried unpairing and pairing. As I mentioned. So I doubt trying again would yield any results. But as it’s quick I’ll try again.
Or not... :/ - Seems you can't delete posts here. (I feel like that should be forewarned when posting. haha.)
