Hi I am currently running Mojave and when I start up it shows the desert photo. I have changed my desktop photos. I am guessing this has to do with dynamic desktop. Is there a way to disable it?

There is a folder containing the photo. It's the same result. Is it not possible to change the photo on the lock screen on start up? If it goes to sleep or if I close the lid when I open it back up the screen has the right photo.
I don't have it selected but I still have the issue. I want to see my own photo when I start up and it's that desert photo.
In that same picture suppled , on the left see Photos Category. What happens when that is chosen ?
